With a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, she has worked with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across various specialties. Lee has excelled in senior roles, effectively collaborating with health system leaders nationwide to recruit and retain difficult-to-find providers as an in-house provider recruiter.

Lee began her career at Delnor-Community Hospital, where she developed a successful physician alignment department. Her background in surgical nursing provided valuable insights into the healthcare landscape and how to connect with providers and leadership to meet needs. At Resurrection Health Care, as Director of Physician Recruitment, she managed recruitment across a nine-hospital system and demonstrated exceptional skill in handling complex processes.

At Dreyer Medical Group/Advocate Health Care, Lee refined her skills in full-cycle recruitment and acquisitions, improving recruitment outcomes and cost management. Her role as System Manager of Provider Talent Acquisition at SCL Health involved establishing a robust internal recruitment framework and fostering relationships with residency programs, contributing significantly to organizational growth.

As Senior Provider TA Partner at GoHealth Urgent Care, Lee managed high-volume requisitions and crucial relationships between clinical and operational leaders within various health systems she worked with. Her strategic vision and innovative solutions, such as the “GoCover” internal locums’ program, were pivotal in expanding GoHealth’s footprint.

Currently, Lee is with Intuitive Search Partners, offering a boutique approach to align both providers and client needs. She remains dedicated to professional development, and staying engaged with industry trends through her leadership in her profession.
