Bryce Helgerson, MHA is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in hospital and health system management. He has held senior leadership roles at respected organizations including Oregon Health and Science University and Legacy Health. With a strong foundation in both academic and community-based care,
Bryce brings a deep commitment to building high-performing teams and improving access to quality healthcare. He is also the co-founder of Acolyte Health, a healthcare technology startup that uses provider avatars to create personalized video experiences for patients—enhancing communication, building trust, and improving the overall patient journey. He is passionate about advancing recruitment strategies that support clinical excellence, community health, and innovative approaches to care delivery.

He holds a BA in Biology from Luther College in Decorah, IA and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO.
