Dave Anderson
Dave Anderson is an accomplished healthcare operations executive with extensive, direct expertise in provider recruitment and retention, compensation and productivity strategy, and medical group performance management. He currently serves as the Director of Provider Workforce Strategy, Performance Optimization & Practice Management at Intuitive Search Partners.​​
Throughout his career, Dave has held senior leadership roles within nationally respected academic and health system environments including Duke University, Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston, and University of South Florida. In addition, Dave has served as a national healthcare consultant for the past four years.
He earned a BS in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Dakota and dual graduate degrees, a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration, from the University of Missouri.
From leading a rural hospital with just ten providers to serving as the surgical executive at a major quaternary referral center and as Chief Administrative Officer for a 500+ provider multi-specialty group, Dave brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective on building, supporting, retaining, and sustaining high-performing physician/APP work teams.
